there hasnt been a reason for you.

now im looking over the ledge.
with an absence of preference for
one side or the other.
im not too sure that you have one either.

i could sail down to that blissfull landing.
i could fly to that solid heaven.
i could let my feet fall and leave it to you.

like everything else was left to you.
im going to back away, though.
not for you.
